Hi everyone, it's me, noteh.

Some of you may know me as @iamnoteh.

Today, I was sitting on a couch as @Ben (a good friend of mine) started leaving the room. He turned around, looked down at me, and said "Hatzlochoh."

At first, I didn't react. But soon enough I realized that I had become a wreck.

Now thinking back, I can't place my finger exactly as to what had occured. "Hatzlochoh." He was pointing straight to me when he said it.

In my raw state of pain, I turned to @שחורה for assistance. He formulated the unkind gesture: it was a "condescending Hatzlochoh." That made me feel much better.

I hear you loud and clear, Ben. I get the hint. And now I'm caught in a storm.

They say that identifying the maka is half the refuah.

Now, before the internet throws its angry 1001 smart comments about my situation, I'd like to let you all know that I will be OK, and B"H booked an appointment.

From now on, however, before throwing anyone into the nile, or giving a condescending yasher koach, don't beat around the bush.

Just say it: "A condescending Hatzlochoh."

P.s. excuse the repulsive thumbnail.
